Second time to this home, and always love staying here. Extremely well appointed and equipped. Jeff and his team are always very responsive. This is a great rental and the pictures don't justify how cozy it is.

This place is wonderful and close to restaurants and attractions. Very clean and they went out of their way to decorate for us for Christmas! That was a special surprise. :)The vaulted ceilings makes is feel very spacious. Would stay here again for sure!! Thank you Jeff!

The unit was very nice and it was clean, very well laid out and quiet as well. The kitchen and living areas were large and the bedroom was good sized as well. Appreciated having lots of towels and kitchen utensils and other items as we cooked breakfast several times. Great location and easy for our Uber drivers to find as needed too. Jeff was very responsive via text as needed as well. Great place!

I liked the 2nd story-no people walking by and able to leave the windows open at night. Felt very safe and secure. Unit faces the pool-which is good if you want to know how many people are in the pool. Sometimes kids are screaming happy sounds. But overall, very nice to sit out on the shaded balcony. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Dana Light is a fantastic house, with the largest amount of space with this location and at the best value for all that it offers. 3 spacious bedrooms, very clean, with a very private yard despite being attached on one wall to another townhome. Gated community, very safe & quiet. Fantastic kitchen with all you’d need if you plan to cook. The house is super cozy, instructions very clear — and the check-out directions are easy and quick. I would DEFINITLEY stay here again. The house also has a garage full of fun beach items to share (chairs, surfboards, sand toys, even a cooler) so you can maximize your beach days!

We had to be out of our apartment for an extended period of time due to construction. I’m so glad we found Jeff’s place on here!! We were extremely comfortable for our entire 5 week stay. My kids LOVED the pool. The apartment was very cozy, easy to get to, and we felt right at home. As the weather turned colder we really loved having a fire to curl up in front of. Jeff and Vicki were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions that came up. Thanks for the great stay!

I love staying at this home. It has everything you'll need and the DP harbor is just 1 mi away and San Clemente pier is 4 mi away. It is centered on the bluff over looking the ocean and the home felt so comfortable. I will be a regular without a doubt. It was my 2nd visit and I absolutely love it. I usually always go to Laguna Beach but your outdoor patios are no comparison which makes me return. My husband fell in love with it also so can't wait for my next visit. Thank you for everything”

"Can’t beat this location: walking distance to Salt Creek beach which is where Ritz Carlton and St Regis resorts are located. Gated community. The place itself is very clean, well stocked and is exactly what our family needed for our beach vacation."

"Great place to stay! Super clean and communication was great. It is the perfect place if you are looking for something close to the beach. “What a marvelous place! There’s something incredibly soothing in hearing ocean waves crashing, and you can sit on this beautiful terrace and do just that all day long. There was plenty of beautiful space for us to see the grandparents Covid-safe outdoors. The inside of the house is just as amazing and truly has all you need, including in the kitchen. Even from the Master bed, you can look out to the ocean. I will say that you should not come here to work remotely but to be happy to disconnect. We can’t wait to come back!”
